A quote from the detailed potted history on the Museum’s Web Site :

The RAAF Museum’s Canberra, A84-236, served with No 2 Squadron in Vietnam and on one mission in August 1969 Flight Lieutenant N.L. Duus, the navigator, narrowly missed being hit by a bomb fragment which passed up through the aircraft’s nose cone.

Canberra B.20, A84-236, is currently on display (and taxiable) at the Royal Australian Air Force Museum at Point Cook, Victoria.
